ROME, NY – SkyDome, Oneida County’s one-of-a-kind indoor/outdoor UAS test facility adjacent to the FAA-designated NY UAS Test Site at Griffiss International Airport, celebrated the New Year supported by AX Enterprize with a series of successful tests for innovative rotary engine design company, Liquid Piston. The company brought their modified VTOL airframe to SkyDome, and, assisted by AX flight engineers, conducted a first round of testing in the new fully-instrumented facility.
